- Instruction on the basics of intuitive eating
- Customized nutrition plan (with weekly meal plans) based on your specific nutrition needs, activity level, work schedule, budget, and lifestyle. The meal plans include grocery lists, recipes, and access to a database of 4000+ dietitian-curated simple healthy recipes that you can use anytime during our time together
- Unlimited instant messaging and email, with weekly phone calls to review your progress and answer questions

I have worked with dozens of people over the last 30 years and have enjoyed helping them make positive and permanent changes to their eating and fitness habits. Being a busy mom, I know how hard it is to get healthy meals on the table (especially with picky eaters in the household!) and how important nutrition is for overall health and daily energy levels.
