This is an intensive program of self-awareness and one that requires time and attention. The benefits are immense, however, and are likely to change your life forever.
You will receive the book Intuitive Eating, a 60-minute initial consultation with weekly follow-up meetings, by phone or video chat. We will communicate frequently by email and/or instant messaging, whichever works best for you, as you read the book and practice the IE principles.
