Women in Motion
Women in Motion is a revolutionary nutrition and fitness program that I developed at Colorado State University for sedentary women in mid-life. The idea for the program sprang from my interest in women’s health and the realization that dieting doesn’t work in the long run and that there were better ways to improve health than weight loss.
This unique program aimed to increase cardiorespiratory fitness levels (CRF), time spent in physical activity, and self-efficacy for physical activity. After 24 weeks, we had significant improvements in all three of those outcomes! We published some of the results HERE and presented them at numerous professional conferences. I was even quoted in O magazine about the study!
More importantly, the participants loved the program and have asked me to do it again. You can read some of the testimonials below.
We’d love to tell you more, so schedule a discovery call with us today!
This is a 16-week intensive program with options for monthly support afterwards. Real behavior change takes time and attention – are you ready to make those changes now?

Our Clients Testimonies:
“In all of the years that I have participated in various fitness and nutrition programs, Cindy Dallow’s Women in Motion program is the only one that has served me well and for the long haul. No gimmicks! She is not about dieting nor is she about losing weight. She is about teaching others to be healthy. She didn’t just teach me the importance of fitness but she empowered me by giving me the tools that I need to acquire it. It was because of those tools that i continue to make walking a priority – it’s part of my daily routine”. Anita
“Cindy helped me embrace a holistic approach to food. I am used to counting calories and with Cindy’s outlook on food I am able to enjoy delicious and nutritious food that really powers my workouts.” Louie
“I knew that in order to reach a new level I needed to take a good look at my nutrition. I worked with Cindy and she helped me understand that food is fuel, that carbs are my friend, and that I need to take care of my body if I want to reach the goals I have set for myself.” Stephanie
“I took Cindy’s Women in Motion class when my sister suggested we do a 5k as a family together. I knew I needed to get some motivation to go out and exercise and get prepared for it. The class was just what I needed and I found myself with a group of women who I could relate to. Cindy was amazing and made me realize that my size does not define who I am and I can still be healthy even if I am a larger size. It really helped me with the issues I struggled with about my body image and how I felt about myself. Since the class Cindy has been a great resource if I have questions or need advice about my diet. She has become a great friend as well as a huge supporter of mine.” Kathi
“I recently underwent surgery that put me into premature menopause. I met Cindy with the goal of understanding the nutrition needs for this new body of mine. Cindy was open-minded and listened to my sorted history with food restrictions. She gently introduced intuitive eating and it landed well with me. After opening my mind to foods that I had been restricting for years, I began to trust my body and many of my “rules” no longer apply. I trust Cindy’s experience + training and I trust her to teach me what I need and want to know about my nutrition needs. After working with her, I decided to dive deeper into Intuitive Eating and signed up for the Deep Dive Intuitive Eating package. It feels incredible to have permission to live a life and experience food outside the diet culture. It’s refreshing, effective + satisfying!” Pamela
“Cindy has a very gentle approach to nutrition. Working with her I have learned to practice listening to my body’s nutritional needs. By quieting my thoughts and slowing down, I am now able to allow my body to guide me toward food choices that fuel my vitality and optional fitness. No foods are off limits. There are no rules. I have learned to simply check in with myself and my thoughts. I ask myself, “What am I really craving?” From there I choose something that I want and something that my body needs. Maintaining this balance and loving approach to my food choices I know that I am on the right nutritional path. Thank you Cindy!” Carla
