Clomiplex Overview

Indication:

For Female Infertility: Stimulates hormone release; treats ovulation problems.

Post-Cycle Therapy or PCT: A protocol to recover natural testosterone production post anabolic steroid cycles, assisting with keeping muscle thickness and other symptoms off.

Contra-indications:

1. Pregnancy – There are no adequate and well-controlled studiesin human during pregnancy.
2. Liver Disease: Not Recommended for people with impaired liver.
3. Thyroid/Adrenalm Diseases: Never use in an uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal disease.

Administration:

Infertility: 50 mg/day for 5 days, increase to100mg based on response. Max 100 mg/day for up to 6 cycles; do not administer more than lmg/kg on day O

PCT: Often 50 mg/day for between four to six weeks starting followed by titration based on response.

Medical Action:

SERM: Disables the effect of estrogen feedback, thereby escalating gonadotropins and provoking ovulation as well as testosterone.

Anti-Estrogen: Its role is to prevent estrogenic side effects such as gynecomastia.

Precautions:

• Medical Supervision: To be consumed under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
• Track Ovulation: You can not stop monitoring ovulation in process of fertility treatment.
• Frequency of Liver Function Tests: Every test period recommended.

AMBLYOPIA: Patients should be instructed to report any signs of decreased vision in the affected eye, especially visual acuity and/or nighttime visual disturbances.

Side Effects:

Major: Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS), multiple pregnancies.

Uncommon: Hot flashes, abdominal pain, visual disturbances, mood swings

Overdosage:

Signs and symptoms: abdominal pain, nausea vomiting, visual changes may occur breathing problems. Get medical help right away.
